No Refund Policy
All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason. Filing a chargeback for a valid transaction constitutes fraud and may result in legal action to recover losses, including chargeback fees and damages.

Security Deposit Policy
The security deposit is refundable, minus any deductions for policy violations, damages, or missing items identified upon property inspection. By submitting your security deposit, you agree that any costs associated with violations, damages, or missing items will be deducted from the refundable amount. Additionally, any further violations identified after the initial inspection will result in additional charges, which will be applied to the customer's payment method on file. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after a thorough inspection and resolution of all identified issues.
